The Beginning

Being Fit
            Everyone says they can be fit when ever they would like to but yet they don’t have the commitment to feel good about themselves. I’m a fit person whose favorite hobby is to play football anytime I can. Being fit is not always about hitting the gym every day and going on a diet by not eating any type of fatty foods, but being fit is mainly about having balance in your body. What I mean by this is that you should be able to eat not too much food that is bad for your body but just the right amount that can make you be able to exercise and not be out of total breath like you   are about to pass out. I remember one time I was trying to lose weight but the problem was that after I was done working out I would go home and eat so much food that wasn’t good for my body and I would just gain what I just lost. Some good advice for people out there that are trying to feel good about there selves is not starve your self or block your self out completely from the foods that you like to eat. Just balance your diet out don’t have too much or too less.
            In your dinner plate you’re supposed to have 4 different amounts of servings. Those four things are fruits, vegetables, protein, and grains. Then on the side you could have a dairy product. Having a good amount of exercise which the average amount of time is 60 minutes a day is an important key to being fit. But the most important thing is having a good breakfast which gives you energy in the morning and throughout the day. Being fit is not only about exercise it also includes what foods you eat and how much of it you eat.
